To ensure the highest quality service and the comfort of all clients, we ask that guests understand and adhere to our guidelines outlined below. By booking an appointment or using the Cosmedica Skin Specialists facilities or services you agree to comply with these policies.
To secure any appointment exceeding one hour at Cosmedica a valid gift card number, credit card number or 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Without this, your appointment is not confirmed and you may lose your appointment.
Our highly trained therapists and receptionist will be happy to assist to ensure you choose treatments specifically suited to your needs. All our treatments can be combined or customised.
For all spa treatments please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for consultation, changing into a robe and relaxation before your treatment. Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment, it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all our clients all treatments are completed as scheduled so that the next guest will not be delayed. You will be charged the full scheduled treatment fee.
To ensure we meet your personal needs and deliver all services to their fullest, all treatments include pre-treatment consultation. You must complete your consultation forms to the best of your knowledge and as true as possible at the time of completion. For subsequent visits it is your responsibility to notify your therapist of any changes to the consultation so they may be updated.
This is your time, and you should delight in your experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, massage pressure, room fragrance, conversation level or volume of music, please notify us of any discomforts or preferences.
A locker is provided to you if you are required to change for your treatment. Cosmedica Skin Specialists cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage to your belongings while in the spa.
You must advise if you are unable to attend an appointment via a phone call to 08 9408 5881.
Please ensure you give 24 hours notice (48 hours notice is required for appointments exceeding 2 hours) to avoid any fees. As you may appreciate, these fees compensate us for the loss of any other booking(s) for the room, therapist or equipment and we thank you for your understanding in this matter.
If less than 24 hours notice is given you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. Non-arrivals will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. If you cancel your appointment with adequate notice and you have paid an eftpos or cash deposit, this will be returned to you.
Gift voucher numbers should be quoted at the time of booking. If you fail to give the adequate amount of notice to cancel 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked will be deducted from the voucher's balance. If you fail to arrive for your appointment without any notice, 100% of the cost of the treatment will be deducted from the gift voucher balance.
Gift vouchers are redeemable on all services offered by Cosmedica Skin Specialists. Vouchers issued by Cosmedica Skin Specialists have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase. A name and contact number must be provided when purchasing a gift voucher from Cosmedica.
Gift voucher numbers should be quoted at the time of booking and presented on arrival for your scheduled appointment. Should you provide less than the required notice to cancel your appointment, 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked will be deducted from the voucher's balance. If you fail to arrive at your appointment without any notice, 100% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked will be deducted from the voucher balance. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift vouchers or products. Cosmedica Skin Specialists disclaims responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers so please keep your vouchers safe.

Prior to any treatment, please use your consultation to disclose to Cosmedica Skin Specialists your medical history including any medical pre-conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If your health has changed since first completing your consultation it is your responsibility to please advise us soon as possible prior to any treatment to allow us to make the necessary adjustments.
While there are a few treatments that should be avoided during pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify our reception if you are pregnant when you make your appointments in order to discuss treatment options for your stage of pregnancy.
We love children at Cosmedica Skin Specialists and all children are welcome within our facilities. All we ask is if you please keep in mind the experience of other clients that may be indulging in our relaxation treatments and be aware of noise levels.
